Option DevelopmentUnderstanding and knowing the issues and opportunities is useful but the real value comes from deciding which ones to address and how.
During the Develop phase the priority areas for focus are agreed and potential options to address them are identified together.
These are then developed in more detail and the preferred options chosen.
